Requirements:
â?¢ At least two years of previous experience in the Financial Industry and applicable Marketing experience.
â?¢ Professional demeanor both in person and via phone.
â?¢ Proficiency with power point and excel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
â?¢ Assisting the IR/Marketing team in various capacities including administrative duties such as expense reports, coordinating travel, filing and scheduling/coordinating investor meetings for the team.
â?¢ Daily communication and interaction with investors in regards to the fund performance and marketing materials.
â?¢ Coordinating with internal departments (Legal, Accounting, Compliance) to complete DDQ's and other investor related requests.
â?¢ Working with our Administrator for all monthly subscriptions, redemptions and other investor related activity.
â?¢ Maintaining monthly procedure lists.
â?¢ Updating marketing materials in both power point and excel.
â?¢ Updating and maintaining comprehensive CRM database.
â?¢ Researching and compiling list of prospective investors
