FactSet is looking for a talented software engineer to join the Charting team. As a member of the Platform Engineering group, you will create infrastructure and applications used every day by thousands of financial professionals. Your job will involve writing cutting-edge software that lets our users create interactive financial charts. If you think you have what it takes to create the best financial charting product on the market, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
· Comfort with C or C++
· BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
· Ability to solve impossible engineering problems
· Strong working knowledge of data structures and algorithms
· Professional experience with object-oriented programming in C++, C# or Java
Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:
· GUI and event-driven programming
· Multithreading
· 2D graphics
· GDI/GDI+
· ActiveX
· Win32
· Boost
· COM
· MFC
· WPF
· STL
