Deeplake is an ISV based in Cambridge that develops a communications workflow engine written in C# .NET. Our primary market is the social housing sector.
We are looking to recruit a passionate and extremely knowledgeable C# .NET developer to join the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing both new and maintaining existing code to a high standard.
* Authoring of relevant documentation to a high standard, where required.
* Interacting with customers for tricky deployment scenarios or bug analysis.
To be considered for this role you must:
* Be degree educated in Computer Science or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
* Be a fluent C# developer with an extensive knowledgebase spanning from at least .NET Framework 2.0 upwards.
* Have extensive experience of agile development, testing, refactoring, version control systems, automated build, etc.
* Have a strong and low-level understanding of client-server concepts such as .NET Remoting, REST web services, HTTP, etc.
* Be familiar with concepts such as LINQ, IoC, multi-threading, design patterns.
* Have experience with RDBMS including MSSQL.
Due to our current longer-term plans, experience in the following is advantageous:
* WPF / Silverlight
* ASP.NET MVC
