About You
- Ph.D. or M.S. in C.S., Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics or equivalent
- Very comfortable with Ubuntu | CentOs | FreeBSD | OS X
- Quick at the command-line
- Expert in Python, R, databases, and machine learning
- Able to dig down into C when efficiency counts
- Knowledgeable about large public databases (NCBI SRA, UCSC, HapMap, 1000 Genomes)
