Position/Responsibilities:
The Development Manager will be responsible for the direction and management of the teams within the PV Project Development Department to ensure achievement of the department's identified goals and objectives. These teams include:
Design, Implementation & Commissioning;
Permits, Interconnection & Net Metering;
Installation Oversight & Design Verification;
Operations, Maintenance & Monitoring.
Requirements:
Hands-on design and installation experience within the PV industry for at least five (5) years. At least fifteen (15) years of experience in effectively managing people, both direct reports and contractors, in a multi-division corporate environment. At least ten (10) years in a management position within a large corporate environment faced with growing business opportunities.
Salary: 90-125K
