Basically, we're a bunch of devs who listen to rock music all day, cutting code and making sure our site kills. We get excited about solving difficult problems, have a rock solid understanding of OOP, and are familiar with design patterns but pragmatic enough to know when not to use them.

Things along the lines of Gmail and Google Calendar, circa 5 years ago, but fast forwarded to today. Cool stuff...things you can brag to your nerd-friends about. (No slaving away at a boring 9-5, sitting in endless meetings with PHBs about naming conventions for adding a column to a certain database table)
