Web Project Manager / Producer GR 2.0 â?? (Santa Monica):
Manages the creative and development process for direct response web sites. Coordinates with brand managers for the development of marketing content, web offers and desired performance goals. Creates and tests web marketing campaigns, tracks results and report's results findings to management. Coordinates production priorities, develops roadmaps, release schedules, timelines and deliverables. Selects hires and manages creative resources both internally and externally develops RFPs for creative agencies and coordinates deliverables with cross-functional teams. Develops the roadmap, release schedules, timelines and deliverables, coordinating the resource requirements and delivery form cross functional teams. Also coordinates and participates in the internal conversations with creative and marketing teams to ensure creative meets the criteria. Tracks and reports status of all business against deliverables production schedule. Reviews creative from both a function and creative standpoint to ensure message is properly delivered to the consumer. Tracks daily production and delivery of assignments with management, escalating schedule / implementation issues to management and presents options and recommendations.
Track and report test results for all online offer and landing page testing. Must possess the ability to assess complex situations and simplify and solve issues. Strong people skills: communication, conflict resolution and influencing skills.
