1. Lead app design discussions, working with marketing, visual design and business/finance experts.
2. Write solid, maintainable, beautifully designed code in Objective-C/Cocoa or Java and learn whatever comes next quickly.
3. Be the champion for your app see features through from interaction design to architecture, implementation, launch and marketing/PR.
