In this position you will:
* Research user requirements.
* Create detailed specifications.
* Test usability.
* Prototype new functionality.
* Create design patterns and UI style guidelines.
Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in human-computer interaction or related field.
* 4+ years of experience designing and usability-testing applications as described above.
* Detailed understanding of cross-platform UI design issues.
* Strong skills in Photoshop or similar tool.
* Excellent writing skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
* Experience in prototyping applications.
* Basic understanding of SCM and experience with at least one enterprise SCM tool.
* Desirable: experience with Agile development process.
