As a Voice Project Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating project services to clients who have deployed hosted voice solutions. You will work with the Managed Services team to assist in the maintenance, administration and tuning of client services.
You will also work with the RightNow Implementation, Development and Project Management teams to coordinate efforts focused on achieving and improving client business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Multi-task across multiple projects concurrently
*Demonstrate competency in the RightNow Voice Solution Suite – Knowledge Base Access, Routing, Status, Locator, etc.
*Complete project deliverables including transcriptions, service analysis, usability assessment, custom analytics
*Work with Account Executives and other divisions within the RightNow organization to schedule upgrades to be completed based on company goals
*Provide front end support for other organizations within RightNow that require upgrade services
*Work with Upgrade Project Managers to schedule specific clients for them to upgrade
*Work with upgrade Application Engineers and QA representatives to carry forward customizations and integrations for small and mid market customers
*Ensure small and mid-sized projects are properly planned and staffed
*Ensure clients take advantage of RightNow best practices
*When requested or necessary, conduct training sessions and deliver remote consulting services
*Provide cutover consulting services (often times during off hours or on weekends)
*Ensure customers are extremely satisfied with the RightNow products and services that we provide
*Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
*Experience in implementing and/or upgrading enterprise software applications
*Software development/implementation with software solutions provider
*Communications skills, verbal and written
*Problem solver
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
*Development of web services
*Knowledge and understanding of programming languages, specifically PHP, XML, VXML, Java, SOAP
*Self motivated, Independent thinker
*Telephony infrastructure (switches, routers, gateways, etc.)
*Bachelors degree in computer science, or related field.
