As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role on the RightNow Analytics development team. This includes maintaining existing functionality as well as designing, architecting and implementing any future analytics enhancements. Analytics is a core component of RightNow’s CX system so you will have a demonstrated ability to manage mission critical code.
The following position is located at our headquarters offices in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, where the clean air, big sky vistas, world class outdoor recreation, and family-friendly community feel combine to create an extraordinary living experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Deep background with C/C++, C#/.NET and relational databases
*Ability to navigate effortlessly across the various technologies we employ in our application stack
*Proficient utilizing the latest .NET technologies on the client
*Proficient utilizing C/C++ on the server under Linux
*Well-versed in Test Driven Development and take pride in delivering quality code and a quality product
*Must be enthusiastic and hard working, creative, and demonstrate past experience in taking complicated enterprise level designs from concept to code to release
*Willing to be a team player
*Enjoy brainstorming, celebrating the work of others, and achieving collaboration with compromise
*Excellent communication skills and be able to give solid verbal presentations of complicated material to small audiences
*Good writing skills are essential
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Background
*BS/MS in a technical Engineering discipline
*Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in large scale applications
*Strong C/C++ skills
*Strong C#/.NET skills
*Strong SQL/database skills, particularly with MySQL
*Strong Linux skills

*CRM applications
*Agile development
