Milkshake is seeking a freelance UX Lead to concept, design and create engaging online experiences that express and extend brand experiences. Most of the experiences we are designing involve community features and community strategy. We are looking for a highly collaborative and skilled person who can step in and make an immediate impact.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Work in direct contact with Technology Director, Account Leads and other Directors and often clients on experience and design strategy
- Conduct research to inform strategy and design direction
- Present concepts and prototypes to convey experience vision
- Create architectures, wireframes, interaction flows, and other deliverables as needed
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in related field
- Minimum 5 years industry experience, in experience, architecture, design role
- Portfolio that speaks to the quality of experiences delivered
This is a contract position with the opportunity to turn into a full time staff position. Contractor is expected to primarily work onsite at Milkshake; a workplace will be provided. Compensation commensurate with experience.
