Purpose: The Software Engineer is a member of the Application Development Team and participates in the development of our web-based healthcare data management solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of health care application solutions.
Work closely with other departments including the client technical solutions, project management and quality teams in the definition and delivery of quality solutions that meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Coordinate and manage deliverables, milestones and deadlines related to assigned studies/projects
Responsible for software estimation, designs, development, unit and integration testing.
Recommend and implement software process improvements
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years software engineering experience in a commercial software development company.
BS in Computer Science or related. MS Preferred.
Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Perl, Oracle, Apache, and Tomcat.
Strong knowledge of internet application development.
Strong knowledge Linux operating system.
Excellent communication skills
