Job Title – Web 2.0 Project Manager

SQLTechnologies is a full services web 2.0 and Enterprise Application development firm with its HQ and a well established presence in France.
 
In the context of our expansion into the US market SQLTechnologies is looking for a Project Manager based in New York. His role will be to manage a variety of local projects with end-users and Systems Integrators. While projects will vary in size and complexity they will mostly be based on web 2.0 technologies.

Position Responsibilities:
The project manager is responsible for managing complete projects from technical definition to development, implementation and maintenance of the solution. In his role he will;
* Design development, test and implementation tasks for complete projects using structured methodologies and SQLTechnologies best practices
* Participate in the creation of technical presentations and proof of concepts.
* Develop technical architectures and select relevant technologies for specific projects.
* Define team work assignments by projects objectives and priorities
* Monitor project progress and proactively implement corrective tasks to maintain projects on track

Position Requirements
* 5 years of hands-on web 2.0 development experience
* Hands-on experience with project management methodologies is required
* Some international or start-up situation experience is a plus
* Experience in leading simultaneously multiple small project teams is a plus
* Hands-on experience with PHP/Symfony is a strong plus
