Role
They are currently expanding the analytics team in the San Francisco office. The Analytics Director will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and delivering project work on time and to spec. Candidates should also expect significant amount of client interaction and should have experience working with and presenting to clients. Ultimately, the Analytics Director is responsible for the quality of the project deliverable.

The quantitative approach to analyzing consumers' actual responses to stimuli is a key to their success. In addition to quantitative skills, candidates need to have an ability to think analytically about the project objectives â?? moving from surface level findings to deeper insights.
As an ideal candidate, you will have strong organizational and project skills, as well as the attention to detail required to produce results. In addition, you must have the creative and communicative capacity to convey highly quantitative results in a clear and effective fashion.
Requirements
â?¢ Four-year college degree in a technical field with a Master's degree preferred
â?¢ 5+ years experience in market research
â?¢ Highly analytical with experience in statistics and data analysis techniques
â?¢ Superior writing skills with strong ability to communicate ideas
â?¢ Strong organization and project skills
â?¢ Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and computers in general
â?¢ Experience with computer programs and languages including SAS, SPSS, STATA, Matlab, JMP, and SQL strongly preferred
â?¢ Experience managing and leading a team
