The Position:
Front-end Developer
Boston.com is looking for a creative and motivated front-end developer. You will be part of a team that works on one of the largest regional sites in the country. You will be responsible for using your expertise in HTML, CSS and Javascript to create the end user experience in a mature web development team. A passion for new technologies and a drive to find better ways to produce interactive online content is key.

• Interested in how and where the web is consumed from desktop to mobile to iPad
You have:
• Extensive HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills (HTML5, CSS3, experience with jQuery a plus)
• Experience with 3rd party API integration and social web development
• A flawless ability to translate a PSD into semantic code
• 3+ years experience in working on template-based websites
• Experience with source control systems like SVN and git a plus
• Community awareness (online resources, frameworks, etc)
• A portfolio of projects and code you are excited to showcase
