NEWLY CREATED executive position with a high profile, well-established and profitable SaaS industry leader. The new position - Vice President, Customer Marketing - will be the single key growth driver to expand an established entity. The Vice President will lead a cross-company CRM plan.  Partner with the CMO to champion customer loyalty and oversee all aspects of the loyalty and retention marketing initiatives including, but not limited to: define and deploy outbound promotional marketing and customer reactivation programs, drive website and personalization efforts utilizing multi-channel resources (website, direct mail, email), and maximize existing consumer relationships.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
â?¢ This senior position will be responsible for researching customer satisfaction levels, purchasing behavior and develop new customer reporting; evaluate long-term retention metrics and customer lifetime value by product line.Â
â?¢ Directs the development of company market requirements to position products to the current customer installed base.
â?¢ Monitors the development of business plans, assesses customer penetration, and product positioning to drive revenue from existing customers.
â?¢ Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
â?¢ Monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Â Â Develops marketing tools for successful product repositioning.
â?¢ Communicates customer feedback to development and sales to enhance existing products.
â?¢ Identify and develop partner relationships that will benefit the company and our clients
â?¢ Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured marketing plans directed at current customers.
Qualifications:
â?¢ Minimum of 7 years experience in execution of marketing programs
â?¢ The ideal candidate will have a measurable track record in the development and execution of strategic consumer acquisition and retention marketing programs for Enterprise and SMB centric organizations preferably with a leading edge on-line marketing organization, well known for its marketing excellence and brand awareness.
â?¢ Demonstrable success at managing direct response customer acquisition marketing through multiple channels including testing, implementing, and optimizing programs.
â?¢ Experience in collecting, analyzing, translating, and integrating customer and market data into the planning process. Strong experience in use of marketing analytics.
� Defining a cohesive marketing strategy that effectively builds the Customer base, usage, and awareness among our target audience. Updating the Executive Team on the partner strategy, progress towards goals, launch dates, and metrics.
â?¢ A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
â?¢ Proven experience interacting with partners in matters related to sales, product, promotion, pricing, service, advertising and marketing strategies Â
â?¢ Experience in managing marketing staff who coordinate and execute customer acquisition marketing
â?¢ Highly resourceful; not dependent on large corporate staffs and resources.
