Join the phillyBurbs.com team as our Traffic Manager, charged with managing our AdOps, audience tracking & reporting and managing our sales support team.

To be considered, candidates must have â??

* experience with Web ad delivery
* experience with Web analytics
* an understanding of Web ad standards, in particular IAB parameters

Preferred candidates will have

* experience with multiple Web ad delivery systems
* experience with multiple Web analytics platforms
* an understanding of standardized Web traffic and audience reporting, including forecasting
* an understanding of Web ad standards, in particular IAB parameters
* an understanding of remnant advertising
* experience with rich media ads
* experience with all phases of AdOps, from order entry to fulfillment
* experience working in a team environment
* basic understanding of source code

Ideal candidates will have

* experience with multiple Web ad delivery systems, including Yahoo's APT
* experience with multiple Web analytics platforms, including Web Trends and Google Analytics
* experience with Web traffic and audience reporting, including forecasting
* expert understanding of Web ad standards, in particular IAB parameters
* experience managing remnant advertising
* experience managing agency relationships, including RFPs and RFAs
* experience with rich media ads
* experience with all phases of AdOps, from order entry to fulfillment
* management experience
* experience working in a team environment
* experience working with source code, including some javascript
