Responsibilities:
A back office developer creates and maintains the tools needed for back office functions, such as tracking profit-and-loss, tracking trade fees and rebates, reconciling clearing statements, compliance reporting, stock loans, and options assignment and expiry. While prior knowledge of these matters is not required, its expected that the candidate will learn the non-technical details of these issues to provide better tools. The ability to pick these topics up quickly is desired.

*Self-motivated
*Willingness to understand the solution being modeled, not just the code implementation
*Good communication skills; patience working with non-technical users
