Description
You'll report directly to the Principal Designer and will work alongside TripIt’s product managers and engineers. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing HTML/CSS assets for PC browsers, mobile phones, and email clients.
Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and engineers to refine product requirements to leverage the strengths of the Web.
- Develop high-fidelity HTML/CSS prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver polished final product.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Push the boundaries of what’s possible to create better experiences for people using TripIt.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to write cross-browser HTML/CSS, with some JavaScript (jQuery, YUI).
- Proficiency with Photoshop/Adobe CS.
- Fanatical attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, HCI or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years experience as a member of a web application's UI team.
