We are looking for programmers with a deep understanding of design patterns, who can not only make their way around an ORM, but can contribute to its development, who have a constant and perpetual concern for both security and performance. We're looking for hackers. If you don't program for fun, please don't bother.
We use PHP5 for our framework, but most of our programmers are Ruby nerds. We're happy to accept Ruby and Python developers, and we'll consider other languages if you're a hacker at heart.
