Job description:
- You'll be the working craftsman of feature innovation and production.
- You'll work with a team who will support you, but you'll be principally responsible for new features and platform diversification.
- You'll be constructing integration modules for 3rd party systems and fostering our inception-stage mobile initiative.
- You'll need to mentor and coach less experienced developers and junior developers.
- You'll be interacting with Mad Mimi users in a support context.
Job requirements:
- Deep experience developing and shipping features and applications.
- Experience with Agile development and user centered design.
- Deep mastery of Ruby on Rails.
- Proven experience taking big stuff from inception through to completion in highly organized way.
- Ability to design, write and communicate thoughtfully.
- You'll need to be empathetic with Mad Mimi customers and support people.
- Design chops are a strong plus.
