Experience is seeking a Senior Web Designer to join our team. You must be a positive, self-starter who understands what it takes to fully realize a project, while providing an intuitive, visually stunning, on-brand user experience. Analyze, design and specify the architecture for successful user experiences. Utilize XHTML, Ajax/UI, and knowledge of best practices and design patterns.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in team brainstorming sessions to flesh out applications and user experiences
* Help define feature sets and convert into fully realized, highly detailed wireframes
* Skin wireframes to bring vision of interactive experiences to life
* Infuse designs with brand and aesthetic cues in a systematic and reproducible way
* Deliver and pixel-push production assets and sprites, anticipating XHTML/CSS issues along the way
Requirements:
* 5 years experience in an interactive production environment
* B.F.A. (or equivalent) in design discipline highly preferred
* Excellent sense for interactive layout, typography and color
* Strong conceptual design skills and ability to execute high quality design with speed and efficiency
* Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
* Passion for graphic design, interactive technologies and creating great user experiences for a variety of demographic groups
* Creative problem solving with an emphasis on team collaboration and brain-storming
* Ability to lead the design of a project from concept, information architecture, user experience and the look and feel of the front end design
* Rapid prototyping skills
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Understanding of design trends/conventions as well as limitations/possibilities for current desktop and mobile platforms
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organizational skills
* Understanding of marketing concepts and client/business objectives
* Super positive attitude
* Familiarity with social networking tools and trends
* Pluses: Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery
