The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of the Companys product suite. As a key member of the technology team, the QA Engineer will provide technical expertise and guidance in the development of complex, high-performance web-based enterprise software and systems.
As a SDET on the Technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our product suite, working closely with other disciplines and contributing feedback to continuously improve our products. Test automation is a must, and youll help design and shape the automation infrastructure for the company. Ultimately, you will bring the highest order of quality to ensure our products are the best they can be.
Qualifications and Requirements
BS in CS/CE or related technical discipline
Experience planning, designing, and scheduling testing across large test areas
Strong communication skills; verbal and written
Great problem solving skills and high intellectual horsepower
Ability to perform system-wide root cause analyses and drive improvements
Ability to influence and drive quality
Ability to collaborate with dev & PM teams effectively to deliver quality
5+ years of experience in design and development, ideally in C# and HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX
Experience in a rapid development environment, ideally in the web services space
Experience in Flash and streaming media a definite plus
Experience in distributed systems a definite plus
