* Be able to self manage and prioritize appropriately to acheive timely results
* Get things done when it comes to the technical aspects of the project
* Code efficiently and effectively
* Mentor and educate team members on your area of expertise
Requirements:
* Ruby on Rails, HTML/HAML, CSS/Compass and JavaScript/jQuery
* Photoshop knowledge
* Agile and TDD friendly
* UNIX knowledge
* User Interface design knowledge
* Polyglot
