Proterra is a recently funded manufacturer of energy storage and drive systems for heavy duty vehicles that has developed a revolutionary all-electric transit bus with the first fleet to go in service in early September. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, accomplished individual to support the marketing and government relations efforts of the Chief Business Development Officer and General Counsel. We are seeking a person with a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, great interpersonal skills and 2 to 7 years of experience in marketing, business development or government relations and will also consider paralegal experience. The job will require the candidate to take on a substantial amount of responsibility with respect to Proterra's relaunch of the website, development of marketing materials and strategic planning and execution of its government relations strategy. Openness to relocation to Denver/Boulder/Golden area at some point in the future preferred. Competitive salary.
