POSITION Interactive Developer Copperwing, an integrated brand management firm located in Montgomery, AL, is seeking a talented developer with solid technical knowledge, as well as good eye for design and attention to details. This position will primarily work on developing dynamic websites, rich media web banners and custom applications. RESPONSIBILITIES ? Developing cross-browser compatible websites for our marketing campaign using Flash/Flex, XHTML/CSS, JavaScript and AJAX ? Develop rich, dynamic, and scalable Flash/Flex applications utilizing LAMP or .NET as the backend ? Work closely with our Art Directors/Designers and implement design solutions as they are specified ? Give creative input regarding enhancements using Flash and related technologies ? Participate in all phases of the production cycle ? Stay current within the development community to track latest trends and emerging technologies QUALIFICATIONS ? 5+ years of web development in Flash/Flex, HTML/CSS & AJAX ? Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming ? Experience with PHP/MySQL or ASP.NET ? Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, color, layout, proportion, motion, etc.) ? Extreme attention to detail; ability to complete projects with minimal supervision ? Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with concurrent deliverables while meeting deadlines ? BS/MS in Computer Science or related field ? Experience with motion graphics using AFX or Final Cut is a plus ? Experience with ASP.NET or Java a plus ? Experience with web services and databases a plus
