This position is in our Moon Township, PA office. No telecommuting.
Expectations and Responsibilities:
Experience setting up web farms, load balancing, networking, clustering, security and high availability in the Windows Server environment
Experience with secure networking, VPNs, SSH tunneling
Administer QA and production servers environments, both in-house and hosted, both physical and virtual, running Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and SQL Server 2005/2008
Regularly validate and test restoring backups in all environments, on and offsite.
Administer instances of SQL Server Reporting Services
Administer an internal server running Ubuntu Server LTS and the applications and services there (apache, mysql, MediaWiki, IRCd, LDAP, Subversion, Zenoss)
Improve and test our disaster recovery procedures
Administer directory services (LDAP) including user account management
Manage our VMWare ESXi server (QA environment)
Manage the office internal network and our LogMeIn Hamachi VPN VLAN
Create and maintain a backup system for employee workstations in the office
Troubleshoot office employee computer issues as needed
Ability to automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or similar
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with the Hudson build server
ActiveDirectory experience
SQL query skills and MS SQL Server admin
Experience with the Zenoss monitoring solution
Experience with Google Apps Premier Edition
Experience with Google Analytics![]()
