Technology Specialist at ecoScorecard (Atlanta, GA)

ecoScorecard seeks a technology specialist. This individual will be responsible for technical operations and developing new features. The person in this position will support ecoScorecard systems, support sales and contribute to the direction of the ecoScorecard service. The specialist will manage his own time, and may need to manage external staff. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills:
Software engineering design/implementation/enhancement of software systems in real world situations.
Operations Linux system administration (server software installation, disk management, troubleshooting)
HTML/HTTP/Web app development
Ruby/Ruby on Rails proficiency in programming, configuration, deployment
MySQL proficiency in SQL, database management, configuration
Apache httpd basic configuration: reverse proxy/virtual hosts/URL rewriting
Subversion proficiency
Shell scripting basic proficiency
Cloud hosting management configuration, setup, management of cloud-based hosts.
Java/Grails/Jetty exposure

Salary:
$60-70K + Equity
