We are looking for .NET Software Engineers that
-Have at least 4 years of professional experience creating data-driven applications that leverage the .NET framework, preferably with C# & .NET 2.0 and beyond
-Have the ability to read and write code that leverages complex OO concepts as well as design patterns
-Know JavaScript (and/or JS frameworks) well enough to create reusable code that creates a rich user-experience (E.g., AJAX, DOM Manipulation, etc.)
-Take pride in database-design and writing SQL/T-SQL that performs optimally
-Have the ability to communicate complex concepts in a concise manner to both technical and non-technical staff
-Are not afraid to propose solutions that challenge the status quo
-Enjoy designing software that performs and scales well
-Have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Pluses include
-Familiarity with the MVC design paradigm
-Hands-on experience designing successful public-facing/high-traffic applications
-Experience creating service-oriented applications leveraging WCF
-Experience using LINQ (LINQ-to-Objects, LINQ-to-SQL, etc.)
-Experience leveraging jQuery
