Specifically, you will:
* Help drive the architecture and technology choices for components of a new, world-class customer experience and the services and tools that support it
* Contribute elegant, practical code that solves some of the most difficult problems in the project
* Deliver rapid iterations of excellent software components that just work
* Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience by challenging yourself and others to constantly raise the bar
* Be a champion of engineering excellence: raise the bar on quality, consistency, maintainability, efficiency, security and all the other things that make great software great
Youll be working with a small group of engineers so you should expect to be wearing lots of different hats from project to project. Our practice is that we regularly collaborate by sitting together and sharing ideas as we work. (pair programming lite).

REQUIRED SKILLS:
This position requires a BS/BA in computer science or equivalent and 5 or more years experience.
Must have experience with C++ specifically Win32 libraries, initial project features C++/Win32, so you must be up to speed on Windows client application development quickly
Must have one of these skills: Graphics, video encoding and rendering or Game mechanics, such as simulators and game engines, protocol design (TCP/IP, UDP, proprietary)
