What We're Looking For
â?¢ Experience working on a commercial Ruby on Rails application from design to deployment
â?¢ Experience optimizing and scaling web applications
â?¢ Previous startup and e-commerce experience
â?¢ A good eye for UI design using CSS, JavaScript (we currently use jQuery, HAML, and SASS)
â?¢ A passion for testing and strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
â?¢ Experience using Git, Unix systems, and Mac OS X
â?¢ Strong database experience (we currently use MongoDB)
â?¢ Experience integrating with social platforms such as Facebook and Twitter
