Required:
5+ years experience building mission-critical enterprise applications
at scale
Skilled in Java/J2EE, with focus on Spring & Hibernate
Comfortable with dynamic languages such as Groovy, Scala, Ruby
Commitment to test-driven development
Experience using RDBMS such as MySQL
Ability to work as a team player in a highly dynamic startup
environment with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pluses:
Groovy & Grails
Terracotta
Lucene-based search technologies, including Solr, Compass &
ElasticSearch
Continuous integration technologies and techniques
RESTful web services
Linux and/or UNIX operating systems
Scrum or other agile methodologies
