We are seeking a Sales Associate with established experience working with state or federal level government agencies or organizations. This position entails working with Workforce Career Centers and Workforce Investment Boards.

Principal Responsibilities:
â?¢ Develop relationships with organizations that service unemployed, underemployed, and dislocated workers.
* Reach out and develop relationships with unions and trade organizations.
* Manage sales & support inquiries for multiple clients funded by the Workforce Investment Act.
* Ability to quickly learn detailed information about Renewable Energy and the Workforce Investment Act.
* Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting skills
* Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail and face-to-face
* Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers
* Great work ethic, can-do personality, competitive and driven with a creative approach to sales
* Great oral, time-management, written, communication and organizational skills required
