Principal Responsibilities:
â?¢ Identify business opportunities and establish new relationships through interaction with key players at targeted major Unions, Power Companies, Architecture Firms, Real Estate Owners, State Legislators and Executives, and Financial companies.
â?¢ Develop educational strategy, presentations and customized proposals for customers based on their objectives, desired tactics and budget parameters.
â?¢ Manage programs from creation and contracting to execution.
â?¢ Travel as needed
â?¢ Manage sales & support inquiries for multiple clients in the Green Building Sector.
Requirements:
â?¢ Ability to network to create new business opportunities with targeted companies.
â?¢ Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting skills
â?¢ Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail and face-to-face
â?¢ Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers
â?¢ Great work ethic, can-do personality, competitive and driven with a creative approach to sales
â?¢ Strong Networking Persuasive closing skills
â?¢ Great oral, time-management, written, communication and organizational skills required
