Senior level real estate professional needed to oversee Business Unit for rapidly growing, Atlanta-based residential management company. NO RECRUITERS, PLEASE.
MUST work in the Atlanta office. Reports directly to CEO. Opportunity for advancement for right candidate. Salary + Perfomance Bonus. Relocation may be an option for right candidate.
Must have the following: atleast 10 years professional experience; college degree; MBA preferred in Business, Finance, Resort/Hotel Management or Real Estate Operations. The right candidate will possess exemplary references and job performance results.
Required Experience:
- Strong customer service and management background, preferably in an entrepreneurial setting
- Experienced in supervising, motivating and leading a staff of direct reports
- Good understanding of building operations, high rise condos in particular
- Marketplace knowledge with current connections to the Atlanta development, construction, and real estate community. Understands the Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown submarkets in particular
- Actively networking within the business, social and civic community
- Understands market differentiators and has the creative orientation to establish high standards for our condo and HOA operations
- Hospitality experience a great benefit
- Aggressive thinking, yet with a Ritz Carlton style and demeanor
- Directly responsible for P&L of Business Unit; Must understand financial statements and complex budgets
- Green and LEEDS knowledge very helpful
- Professional image and presence a must
- Someone who swims upstream in their thinking; status quo not acceptable
