Serves as the lead on design implementation of at least one component of the system.
Solves key, complex problems relative to products and/or systems that impact shipment or delivery to the client.
Conducts code reviews.
Communicates complex technical information to a wide variety of individuals and groups within and outside of the department.
Possesses understanding of related areas or components outside of own domain, (not necessarily works on other components).
Is technically proficient in more than one language and platform.

- C and C++ background with server development
- 7 to 10+ years of solid software development/engineering experience
