Who are we looking for?

Someone interested in working in a dynamic environment on fast moving projects with a dedicated team? The AOL Browser Extension team is looking for a Web Technologist to join us to help deliver innovative new features that will extend AOLs exposure in the browser market. If you have experience developing products for IE, Firefox or Chrome, wed like to talk to you.

What else will you do?

- Build innovative new features and applications that will delight our audience. Responsible for designing internal/external company web pages, including graphics, animation, and functionality.
- Collaborate with product management team to define product requirements
- Proactively identify and communicate issues
- Work in a team environment with other developers, designers, product managers and business analysts
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues

What do you need to have to get in? Glad you asked. Check out the short list below:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years directly related experience
- Requires knowledge of commercial internet/web tools and protocols, including Javascript, HTML, CSS and PHP.
- Ability to work as part of a close knit team as well as independently with limited supervision
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience developing consumer facing applications highly desired
- Experience with Flash a plus
