Job Description:
The Senior Applications Developer will work with a team of other developers and account managers in conceptualizing and developing internet marketing applications. In doing so you will be joining a team that is committed to professional and personal growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop E-business and Marketing applications using .NET 3.5, MS SQL 2008 and Silverlight
Responsible for building applications from proof of concept prototypes to robust 24/7 production systems
Solve difficult problems with expertise and effective solutions
Demonstrate flexibility in methodology, shows reliability
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Minimum of 3 years application development experience with the following languages and technologies: ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, AJAX, SOAP plus XML, SQL 2005/2008, HTML/JavaScript, JQuery, Silverlight, IIS, CSS, Web Services
Experience working with version control software such as Team Foundation Server
Experience developing queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008
Experience with SSIS, Database Replication and query optimization.
Able to work both independently and with a team depending on assignment
Proactive approach to problem resolution and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and a team player
Other Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or MIS
Minimum 3 years application development experience
Online advertising experience, i.e. SEO/ SEM, a plus
