Young growing Business Services/Training company seeks a Sales Manager for its new Austin office. Primary responsibility is overseeing a sales team of 10+ people to increase productivity, metrics, efficiency, and overall sales. We have classes all over the country - and the sales manager will need to make sure that those classes get filled among other things.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience a MINIMUM
Management experience a MUST
Existing contacts in the construction, utility, and/or energy efficiency industries would be ideal
Salesforce (TM) or other CRM experience required â?? Those without this experience need not apply
Experience in working in a high demand, high stress, fast paced environment
Ability/demonstrated experience in designing and executing processes
Responsibilities:
Creating sales materials, sales decks etc. for use by sales staff
Managing a Sales team
Reporting to Senior Management
